FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR ELIGIBLE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENT(S), FOR SAID PURPOSE Background Information: The City of Miami ("City") owns the properties located at 6005 NW 15 Avenue and 1687 NW 58 Terrace, Miami, Florida The Administration is requesting the conveyance of said parcels to Miami Dream Home Investment Group, Inc. for the development of affordable housing for eligible low and moderate income families Said entity will begin construction of said project by December 31, 2006 Bucket Impact Analysis Is this item related to revenue? is this item an expenditure?
