The Preservation Officer recommends that the Board adopt the attached
designation report of the Coconut Grove Playhouse and approve the
historic site designation, in its entirety, per the legal description as
contained in the designation report and amendment to the Official
Historic and Environmental Preservation Atlas of the City of Miami,
Florida, pursuant to Chapter 23 of the Miami City Code.
