Dear Mr. Caso:
On October 27, 2006, I sent you the attached letter advising that the
Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Atlas files above were
deferred by the City Commission and wanted to know by Tuesday, November 7,
2006, if you wished to proceed with both applications. To date, I have not been
advised on how to proceed. As a result, both applications are deemed
withdrawn.

The Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Atlas files above were
deferred by the Miami City Commission on December 1, 2005. Please advise
me if you wish to proceed with your applications. If so, both items will be
scheduled on the next available City Commission, Planning and Zoning agenda.
Please also advise me by Tuesday, November 7 of your intention.
