Chairman Sanchez congratulated Deputy Chief Frank Fernandez, who has been chosen
as the 2005 winner of the Gary P. Hayes Award for police leadership; further
congratulated Nadia Turner, American Idol participant, on her excellent performance in
the contest, and requested that the Mayor present her with a proclamation upon her
return to the City of Miami.
