The houses are being advertised as investments (please review the attached dacurnenrariarr), and a resident reported that a realtor is estimating that individuals could receive up to S3000 a month from renting these units. The realtors are regulated by the State of Florida Board of Professional Compliance, and 1 believe they are obligated to disclose this type of information to potential buyers. Additionally, I believe that the City of Miami would benefit if the administration would consider having inspectors periodically check the homes with significant violations and notify realtors if the properties are for sale. Your consideration of this matter is greatly appreciated.
