It completed its charge in 1997 when it developed a strategic plan for the receipt of SHIP (State Housing Initiative Partnership) funds. 32 Audit Advisory Committee Active 33 Beautification and Environment Active, but not filing required reports with City Clerk. 34 City of Miami Cemetery Task Force This task force originated as the Dade (County) Heritage Trust and on 2-20-97, it was designated as a City board. It has continued to function as the Dade Heritage Trust. 2 35 Coconut Grove Business Improvement Committee New board created 7-22-04. 36 Codesignation Review Committee Active, but not filing required reports with City Clerk. 37 Commercial Solid Waste Management Active 38 Commission on the Status of Women Active, but not filing required reports with City Clerk. 39 District 5 Little Haiti Job Creation Pilot Project Advisory Board Problem with meeting quorum requirements. 40 Finance Committee Active 41 Independent Community Redevelopment Agency and U.S. Housing and Urban Development Funding Policy, Program and Procedures Review Committee Inactive- This board was scheduled for abolishment by the Commission; issue tabled on July 27, 1999 and deferred on August 2, 1999. 42 Haiti Bicentennial Celebration Committee Active 43 Little Haiti Park Working Group Active 44 Little Havana Festival Committee Inactive 45 OMNI/CRA Advisory Committee Active 46 OMNI Steering Committee Active 47 Oversight Committee for Southeast Park West and OMNI Community Redevelopment Agency Active 48 Property and Asset Review Inactive- Department of Economic Development recommends sunsetting this board. Motion 02- 285 passed on 3-14-02 instructed the City Manager to abolish this committee. 3
