Direction to the City Manager by Commissioner Regalado to direct the Community Relations
Board to investigate a controversial movie called "Bridge to Havana", which will be played in a
Little Havana theater in the near furture, and to find out what the plans are for this movie and
where the movie will be playing in preparation for any potential problems.
