Request: Variance as part of a Major Use Special Permit for the Island Gardens at Watson Island
Project, from Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami, Article 4, Section 401, Schedule of District Regulations, Required front yard,
upper level setback, to allow a front yard upper level setback of 331'8" (120'0" required).
Purpose: This will allow a front yard upper level setback of 311'8" where 120'0" are required for
the island Gardens at Watson Island Project.
