Dear Ms. Fernandez:
I, Yaima Crespo owner of the property located at 3675 NW 11 fib Street, Miami, Florida
33125 would like to appeal the decision made by the hearing board on December 15,
2003. The reason I am appealing this decision is because I will redesign the plans that
were presented in front of the hearing board in order to meet the safety guidelines.
