HomeMy WebLinkAboutpublic noticeThe Miami City Commission will hold a Public Hearing to discuss Issues relating Development to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and other HUD Programs. Thursday, January 8, 2004, 3:00 P.M. City of Miami Commission Chamber 3500 Pan American Dive Miami, Florida City of Miami Department of Community Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any amendments to funding of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) indicated below: 1. * Discussion and proposed resolution allocating CDBG program income reported through September 30, 2003 in the amount of $100,000 to the City of Miami Department of Capital Improvement Projects for public facilities and improvement activities for the Manuel Artime building. TRANSFER FUNDS FROM: Program/Activity Amount CDBG Program Income Reported through 9/30/03 Total Funds From $100,000 $100,000 TRANSFER FUNDS TO: Program/Activity City of Miami Department of Capital Improvement Projects / Manuel Artime $100,000 Total Funds To $100,000 Amount Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped.
