Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating
jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any
amendments to funding of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed
amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) indicated below:
1. * Discussion and proposed resolution allocating CDBG program income reported through
September 30, 2003 in the amount of $100,000 to the City of Miami Department of Capital
Improvement Projects for public facilities and improvement activities for the Manuel
Artime building.
