Alfonso and the Gordian Group presented the Harry Mellon Job Order Contracting Award of Excellence to the City of Miami Department of Capital Improvements and Transportation for completing the MDP Helicopter Pad Capital Project on time and within budget; furthermore recognizing their excellence in best practices that exemplified and delivered high value, time and cost efficiency for the construction process of the helipad. 8) City Manager Daniel J.
