This memo is intended to provide an update on the progress of the administration's efforts to
obtain financial support for the construction of the proposed Tri-Rail Downtown Miami link to
the All Aboard Miami Central Station.
As a result of our continuous efforts, we have identified the necessary funds to support this
project. To date, the funds identified to the project are as follows:

The original $17.19m from FDOT has been supplemented with $3.1 m from a previously
appropriated SFRTA project that is no longer moving forward. FDOT is currently evaluating
information from SFRTA to confirm that the All Aboard project meets the necessary funding
eligibility criteria. Additionally, the Bayfront Park Trust is contributing $250,000 which will
offset the previous City of Miami contribution.
