Changing the character of our neighborhood from a single family residential area to a multifamily with other components built in T4, are quite detrimental to our neighborhood. There are many laws that protect the integrity of our area, one is the Neighborhood Conservation District overlay created specifically to protect and maintain the single family residential character of the Coconut Grove area of which we are a part of. I ask that the City of Miami Commission DENY the above application when it comes before you, as the Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board unanimously did previously.
