RE: Application for Zoning Change from T3 to T4 for
the properties located at 2900 South Miami Avenue,
2900, 2920, 2940 and 2960 South Federal Highway, Miami
Dear Members of the City of Miami Commission:
I am writing the Commission to inform of my opposition to the zoning change from
T3 to T4 for the above mentioned properties. Changing the character of our
neighborhood from a single family residential area to a multifamily with other
components built in T4, are quite detrimental to our neighborhood. There are many
laws that protect the integrity of our area, one is the Neighborhood Conservation
District overlay created specifically to protect and maintain the single family
residential character of the Coconut Grove area of which we are a part of.
I ask that the City of Miami Commission DENY the above application when it comes
before you, as the Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board unanimously did previously.

My name is Pablo Pulido and I reside at 2838 Brickell Ave,
Miami, Florida, 33129. As a resident of the impacted area, I
oppose the zoning change from single family residential to
multifamily on all of the lots located beginning at 2900 South
Miami Avenue and continuing, and all of the lots beginning at
2900 South Federal Highway and continuing.
