NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, PURSUANT TO SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT
PROCEDURES SUBJECT TO §163.3187, FLORIDA STATUTES, BY
CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE ACREAGE
DESCRIBED HEREIN OF REAL PROPERTIES AT APPROXIMATELY 2900
SOUTH MIAMI AVENUE AND 2890, 2900, 2920, 2940 AND 2960 SOUTH
FEDERAL HIGHWAY, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL" TO "LOW DENSITY MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL"; MAKING
FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

This will change the land use designation of the above properties from "Single -
Family Residential" to "Low Density Multifamily Residential".
