A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of
Miami, Florida on February 12, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission
Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the
purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the
procurement of software and maintenance from Argent, a Non -Minority
vendor, located at 100 Wall Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY, for the City
of Miami Department of Information Technology, on a contract basis for a
three (3) year term and two (2) one year options to renew, at a five-year
cost not to exceed $98,240.00, allocating funds from Account No.
50001.251000.546000.0.0.
