Purpose of Item: Law Department Matter ID No. N/A On October 24, 2013, the Miami City Commission adopted Resolution-13-0440 approving an Exception, with conditions, requiring City Commission approval, as listed in Article 4 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, entitled, "Alcoholic Beverages," and Article 4, Table 3, of Ordinance No. 13114, the Miami 21 Code, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, entitled, "Building Functions: Uses," to allow an alcoholic beverage establishment in a "D-2" industrial district zone for the property located at 1915 NW Miami Court. The Exception was granted with conditions, one of them being the following: Last call for drinks shall occur no later than 4:00 am and the building will close to all patrons and the public no later than 5:00 am. As per the Miami City Commission, this condition is to be revisited in September 2014 (see attached minutes). Budget Impact Analysis NO Is this item related to revenue?
