NOTICE OF COMMISSION MEETING DATE CHANGE
PLEASE ALL TAKE NOTICE THAT at the July 10, 2014 Miami City Commis-
sion meeting, the City Commission, per Resolution R-14-0271, changed the City
Commission Planning and Zoning meeting date scheduled for September 25,
2014.

•The. City Commission meeting that had been scheduled for September
25, 2014 will now take place on September 29, 2014. The meeting will com-
mence at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, located at
3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida.
All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and may be heard with
respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Com-
mission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of
the City Commission with respect to any matter to be -considered at this meet-
ing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made
including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S.
286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons need-

La Comisi6n de la Ciudad de Miami, Florida, realizara una audiencia publica el 29
de Septiembre de 2014, a las .9:00 a.m. en las Camaras de la Comisi6n de la

los requisitos de solicitar licitaciones selladas para la contrataci6n de Servicios
de Custodia en el Ayuntamiento de Ia Ciudad y otorgar la prestaci6n de dichos
servicios a United Cerebral Palsy Association of Miami, Inc. (Antes conocida
como Hope Center Inc.)
Las preguntas de cualquier otro potencial proveedor de algun servicio que pudiera
satisfacer los requerimientos de La Ciudad pueden dirigirse a Diana Arteaga,

PURPOSE OF ERECTING A FIRE STATION, FOR A TERM OF
ONE HUNDRED (100) YEARS WITH TWO. (2) NINETY NINE
(99) YEAR EXTENSIONS AT A COST OF $10.00 PER YEAR,
A ONE TIME CONTRIBUTION BY THE CITY TO THE DEVEL-
OPER OF $1,000,000.00, AND THE WAIVING OF CERTAIN
IMPACT FEES FOR THE PROJECT; FURTHER AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CITY MANAGER TO ,MAKE NON -SUBSTANTIVE
AMENDMENTS TO SUCH AGREEMENT, AS NEEDED, WITH
TERMS AND CONDITIONS MORE PARTICULARLY SET
FORTH IN THE AGREEMENT, SUBJECT TO. APPROVAL BY
THE CITY ATTORNEY. •
