The Sampling Plan was approved by DERM on 4/17/14. On 4/23 and 4/24 assessment activities were conducted. The complete Site Assessment Report (SAR) is currently being finalized to be submitted on 7/1/14. The estimated submittal of a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) is 8/15/14. Once the CAP is approved byDERM (estimated pp within 15 days of submittal), the City will obtain permits for construction activity.
