RELATING TO THE PROVISION OF SOLID WASTE SERVICES, FACILITIES AND
PROGRAMS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA; IMPOSING SOLID WASTE
ASSESSMENTS AGAINST ASSESSED PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF
MIAMI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2014; APPROVING THE
RATE OF ASSESSMENT; APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Background Information:
This resolution will approve the Solid Waste Fee at $380.00 per each City of Miami resident with three units or
less. There is not an increase or decrease of the Solid Waste Fee from the current fiscal year. The fee is
remaining flat.
