diencia Publica el 24 de Abril de 2014, para conside-
rar el otorgamiento de un contrato para un convenio
de programacion, a Amigos for Kids, para el period()
contractual 2014-2017, para ofrecer instruccion des-
pues del horario escolar y para la administracion del
programa, eventos familiares, actividades culturales
y recreativas para jovenes en el Parque Jose Marti,
y para considerar Ia recomendacion del Administra-
dor de la Ciudad en el sentido de que los metodos
de negociacion competitiva no resultan practicos o
ventajosos respecto a estos asuntos. Las preguntas

and program management, family events, cultural and recreational activities
for youth to be provided at Jose Marti Park, and to consider the City Manager's
recommendation in finding that competitive negotiation methods are not practi-
cable or advantageous regarding these issues. Inquiries regarding this notice
may be addressed to LaCleveia Morley, Department of Parks and Recreation
at (305) 416-1332.
This action is being considered pursuant to Section 18-86(A)(3)(c) services
related to educational services and activities provided by non-profit organiza-
tions within city parks of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended.
The recommendation and finding to be considered in this matter are set forth
in the proposed resolution and in this Code Section, which are deemed to be
incorporated by reference herein and are available as public records from the

A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida on April 24, 2014, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan
American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
GRANT OF EASEMENT, TO FLORIDA POWER AND
LIGHT COMPANY, A FOR -PROFIT FLORIDA CORPORATION,
OF A PERPETUAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OF
APPROXIMATELY TEN (10) FOOT WIDE STRIP OF CITY -
OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1095 BISCAYNE
BOULEVARD, MIAMI, FLORIDA (KNOWN AS MUSEUM
PARK), FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC UTILITY
FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT,
IMPROVE, ADD TO, ENLARGE, CHANGE THE VOLTAGE
