Purpose of Item:
A quarterly report of expenditures incurred, but not reimbursable, shall be presented to the City
Commission together with the actions needed to avoid project deficits.
Background Information:
In compliance with the requirements of the Financial Integrity Principles, the Administration is
prepared to provide a quarterly presentation of non -reimbursable grant expenditures.
