OR REVERSING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING, ZONING AND
APPEALS BOARD, THEREBY DENYING OR GRANTING AN EXCEPTION
AS LISTED IN ARTICLE 4, SECTION 4-7(B) AND 4-11(G) OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TO ALLOW A
PACKAGE LIQUOR STORE CLOSER THAN 500 FEET OF ANOTHER
PACKAGE LIQUOR STORE, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 250 AND 296 SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET, MIAMI,
FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO PLANS ON FILE AND SUBJECT FURTHER
TO A TIME LIMITATION OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS IN WHICH A
BUILDING PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED.
