There were several directives from the commission of which I am certain some, if not all, were directed
to the Law Department. I am copying the City Clerk and kindly requesting copies of the directives be

You were briefed by the Liebersons a week or so ago. Is there any additional information you need
pursuant to the discussion item on September 12? The Commissioner asked me to confirm with you. I
know the Commissioner had asked for information on the banking relationships with the City. Let me
know please. Thanks!
