Hours during which sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages allowed: Type of Licensed Establishment ("LE") Section Hours Existing Ordinance All LEs not specifically described 4-3(a)(iii)(B) 7 AM to 3 AM Bars, bottle clubs, restaurants, under- 100-room hotels, motels and apartments, private clubs; any of the above in retail or waterfront specialty center (4-3.1(a )(4)) LEs within Park West District 4-3(a)(v)(A) No restrictions.
