A Resolution between the City of Miami and Miami -Dade County authorizing the City Manager to
execute an Indemnification Agreement indemnifying Miami -Dade County for losses and damages
from the City of Miami's use of County -owned scooters while performing off -duty Fire -Rescue
services at Marlins Ballpark.
Background Information:
The Department of Fire -Rescue utilizes EMS -scooters at the Marlins Ballpark. Said scooters are
property of Miami -Dade County; hence, Miami -Dade County ("County") requires that the City of
Miami complete an Indemnification Agreement. Said Agreement indemnifies Miami -Dade County
for losses and damages from the City of Miami's use of County -owned scooters while performing off -
duty Fire -Rescue services at Marlins Ballpark.
