Miami -Dade County Circuit Court, Case No.: 09-57028 CA 30

The attached proposed Resolution seeks authorization to accept payment for the
settlement of all claims asserted by the City of Miami against Defendant C W Construction,
Inc., in the above -referenced lawsuit, in which the City of Miami will receive the amount
$10,000 from C W Construction, Inc.
The claims against C W Construction, Inc., are that construction performed by C W
Construction, Inc., failed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act triggering a
lawsuit against the City and requiring substantial remedial construction.
