HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice to the PublicCITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING Pursuant to Section 2-33 (I) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, Chair Francis Suarez has scheduled a special meeting of the Miami City Commission on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at 9:00 AM, at Miami City Hall located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the future of Jungle Island. No other business will be conducted outside of that indicated above. All interested persons may appear at the meeting. At the discretion of the Chair, public input may be heard with respect to this matter. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5361 (Voice) no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding or at (305) 250-5472 (TTY) no later than three (3) business days prior to the proceeding.
