NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, will consider the following ordinances on second and final reading
on April 12, 2012, commencing at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission
Chambers located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida:
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING
CHAPTER 10/ ARTICLE IV OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "BUILDINGS/REGISTRATION
OF VACANT, BLIGHTED, UNSECURED OR ABANDONED
STRUCTURES", MORE PARTICULARLY BY AMENDING SECTION
10-66, ENTITLED "ENFORCEMENT", AUTHORIZING LEVY AND
COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
Said proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of
the City Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or at
htto://egov.ci.miami.fl.us/LegistarWeb/frameset.html, five days before
the date of the Commission Meeting.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be
heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Should any person desire
to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter
to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim
record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence
upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).

TO FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY, A FOR -PROFIT
FLORIDA CORPORATION, FOR A PERPETUAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE
EASEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY TEN (10) FOOT WIDE STRIP OF
CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1415 SW 32 AVENUE, MI-
AMI, FLORIDA (ALSO KNOWN AS CORAL GATE PARK), FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC
UTILITY FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT, IM-
PROVE, ADD TO, ENLARGE, CHANGE AND REMOVE ALL OR ANY
OF THE FACILITIES AND FOR NO OTHER FACILTIES INSTALLA-
TIONS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED BY THE CITY, WITHIN
