The Grove Village project encompasses six (6) blocks along Grand Avenue in Coconut Grove, including a parcel owned by the City of Miami, which has joined our application. The update to the plans originally filed include revision to the Paradise Island, Grand Bahama, Freeport and Bimini blocks as specifically detailed in attached Exhibit "A". There will be an Alternative A for the Freeport block, Alternative B and Alternative C for the Bimini block as reflected on Exhibit "A". The two remaining blocks have not been modified Freeport and Abaco, and will remain with the same development proposal originally filed. Our original application included applicable rezoning, Class II and Class I permits which are still being incorporated and updated accordingly. Furthermore, the comprehensive plan amendments originally filed have been processed and approved by the City Commission on October 28, 2010 by Ordinance Nos. 13220, 13221, 13222, 13223 and 13224.
