Subject: Resolution for donation of property located at 721 NE 85 Street, Miami, FL
Background Information:
The President of PSR, LLC, Mr. Paul A. Scolieri-Rothberg ("Grantor"), owns a parcel of land
located at 721 NE 85 Street, Miami, Florida listed under Folio Number 01-3207-003-0630. The
Grantor desires to donate the Property to the City of Miami ("Grantee").
Grantor will convey the Property to Grantee by Warranty Deed, in a form acceptable to the
City Manager and City Attorney. The City of Miami has done due diligence, verifying there are no
liens owed on the property, no prior year taxes due and no apparent contamination issues. According
to the Property Appraiser's Office, the total Assessed Value of the Property for 2011 is Twenty -One
Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($21,825).
The City of Miami Parks Department recognizes the need for parks in the Biscayne Heights
community and recommends the acceptance of the donation.
