MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DAY PARADE BEING HELD JANUARY 16, 2012; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE NON -DEPARTMENTAL ACCOUNT FESTIVALS RESERVE CODE NO. 00001.980000.548000.0000.00000. BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The allocation of funds, in an amount not to exceed $35,000, for in -kind services associated with the 2012 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Parade being held January 16, 2012, is authorized, with funds allocated from the Non -Departmental Account Festivals Reserve Code No. 00001.980000.548000.0000.00000. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{1} APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS: JULIE O. BRI�E CITYATTOF EY Footnotes: {1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted.
