FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 690 SOUTHWEST
8TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This will change the zoning designation of the south portion of the property
from T5-L "Urban Center Zone - Limited" to T5-O "Urban Center Zone -
Open", which will allow for a zoning designation at the subject property that
matches its current use.
