the above captioned Policy, hereby consents to Architects & Engineers Insurance Company's
efforts through AELC, Inc. to negotiate a settlement in excess of the deductible but within the
policy limits to resolve the City of Miami's claim for damages arising from the structural design
of the Miami Marlins Ballpark Parking Garages.
