BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is authorized{1} to execute an Agreement, and related Exhibits serving as Addendums and Riders, to the Agreement, in substantially the attached form(s), with LexisNexis ("Lexis"), a computer assisted legal research service, more specifically for providing the LexisNexis online legal research service, and related services and programs, for the Office of the City Attorney, for a three (3) year period, in a first -year amount not to exceed $27,600, a second year amount not to exceed $28,440, and a third year amount not to exceed $29,280, for a total amount not to exceed $85,320, with funds allocated from Account No. 00001.131000.554000.0.0. Section 2. The Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{2} APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS: JULtEO. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
