Please make arrangements to publish a Notice of Public Hearing for a resolution
permitting a previously permitted wood fence to be reinstalled and a portion of an
existing car port to remain within the public right-of-way adjacent to 3686 Loquat
Avenue.
The Public Hearing has been scheduled for October 13, 2011.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ANY PERSON WHO RECEIVES COMPENSATION, REMUNERATION OR EXPENSES FOR
CONDUCTING LOBBYING ACTIVITIES IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER AS A LOBBYIST WITH
THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF,
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OR THE CITY COMMISSION. A COPY OF THE APPLICABLE
ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK (MIAMI CITY HALL),
LOCATED AT 3500 PAN AMERICAN DRIVE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, 33133.
AT THE SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 13, 2011 AT 9:00 A.M., IN ITS CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 3500
PAN AMERICAN DRIVE, THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION - WILL CONSIDER THE
FOLLOWING ITEM RELATED TO THE REGULAR AGENDA:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DIRECTING THAT
AN EXISTING, PREVIOUSLY PERMITTED WOOD FENCE BE
PERMITTED TO BE REINSTALLED AND A PORTION OF AN EXISTING
CAR PORT TO REMAIN WITHIN THE DEDICATED PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-
WAY OF LOQUAT AVENUE ADJACENT TO 3686 LOQUAT AVENUE,
MIAMI, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH
HEREIN.
Copies of the proposed Resolution are available for review at the Public Works Department
located at 444 SW 2"d Avenue, 8th Floor, during regular working hours. Phone 305-416-1200.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at this
meeting and are invited to express their views.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any
matter considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be
based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk at
