A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALASA MEMBER OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD FORA
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Code
Enforcement Board, to serve a term ending May 13, 2013, or until the nominating Commissioner
leaves office, whichever occurs first.
