MISCELLANEOUS VEHICLE TIRES, ON AN AS -NEEDED CONTRACTUAL BASIS, FOR AN
INITIAL CONTRACT PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS, WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO
(2) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR PERIODS; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE VARIOUS
SOURCES OF FUNDS FROM THE USER DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES, SUBJECT TO THE
AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND BUDGETARY APPROVAL AT THE TIME OF NEED;
AUTHORIZING THE ADDITION OF VENDORS, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL
MISCELLANEOUS VEHICLE TIRES, TO THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME WHEN DEEMED TO
BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY OF MIAMI.
