Notice is given that die City CO3nmissinn of the City of Miami will
conduct a public hearing to consider imposing Solid Waste special
assessinenhs for the provision of Solid Waste services within the
City of Miami for the Fiscal Year commencing October I, 2011 and
ending September 30.2012.
The hearing will be held at 5:05 p.m. on September 15. 2011. in the
City Commission Chambers of City Hall. 3500 Pan American Drive.
Miami. Florida. for the p orpose of recrosing public comment on the
proposed assessments. All affected property owners have a right
o appear at the hewing and to file written objections with the City
Commission within 20 days or this notice. Ira person decides to
appeal any decision made by the City Commissioners with respect
to any nlattet eonsidmed at the hearing. such person will need a
accord of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbannr

all required extensions on the above described roll to show the non -ad valorem
assessments attributable to the property listed therein have been made pursuant to law.
I FURTHER CERTIFY that, in accordance with the Uniform Assessment
Collection Act, this certificate and the herein described Non -Ad Valorem Assessment
Roll will be delivered to the Miami -Dade County Tax Collector on or before
