163.3187, FLORIDA STATUTES, BY EXPANDING THE "LITTLE
HAVANA TARGET AREA" RESIDENTIAL DENSITY INCREASE AREA
LOCATED APPROXIMATELY BETWEEN INTERSTATE 95 AND
METRORAIL RIGHT-OF-WAY AND BETWEEN SOUTHWEST 11TH
STREET AND SOUTHWEST 15TH ROAD/BROADWAY, MIAMI,
FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO
AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
