Background Information: On March 1, 2011, the Office of the City Clerk received faunal bid #10-11-026 for the project entitled "Inlet Cleaning Contract — South Zone, M-0044." A total of six (6) prospective bidders picked up specifications. Envirowaste Services Group, Inc., a local bidder, was the only company that submitted a bid, in an annual amount not to exceed $53,530,`for a total two (2) year contract amount of $107,060. The contract also provides for up to three (3) additional one (1) year options to renew in an annual amount not to exceed $53,530.
