Purpose of Item: Resolution of the City Commission accepting the final plat of HAITIAN EMMANUEL BAPTIST CHURCH from Haitian Emmanuel Baptist Church, Inc., and authorizing the City Manager to execute the related documents for the recordation of the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida. Background Information: The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this plat is to create a one (1) tract of land. A portion of the property is now occupied by a 3-story building and 75 parking spaces. The remainder of the property will be used for the construction of a 2-story building and 83 parking spaces. The proposed plat entitled HAITIAN EMMANUEL BAPTIST CHURCH is a replat of the property described in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of (1) tract of land containing approximately 123,337 square feet (2.83 +/- acres). This Plat was approved under zoning designation I (Industrial).
