REFERENCES: ENCLOSURES: Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission on July 14, 2011, for the purpose of granting to Miami Dade -County Water and Sewer Department of an approximately sixteen thousand two hundred sixty (16,260) foot wide perpetual non-exclusive water main easement on the property located at 1501 NW 3'' Street, Miami, Florida for the Marlins Stadium project. Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Agenda Coordinator Enclosure MV:AB:br:Marlins Stadium Watermain Easement CITY OF MIAMI NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, on July 14, 2011, at 9:00 AM at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT TO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, OF AN APPROXIMATELY SIXTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY (16,260) FOOT WIDE PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT ON CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1501 NW 3RD STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (KNOWN AS MARLINS STADIUM), FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER MAIN FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, CHANGE AND REMOVE ALL OR ANY OF THE FACILITIES WITHIN THE EASEMENT. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning this item. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
