Car Allowance $800 per month Cellular Phone Allowance $200 per month INSURANCE HealthNision/Dental Life Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Disability Insurance City paid premium for Executive Benefit Plan City paid premium for 2X Annual Salary City paid premium for 2X Annual Salary In the event that a disability plan is offered to other City executives, the City Manager shall be provided a similar benefit. EXECUTIVE PHYSICAL One annual physical LEAVE TIME Vacation Sick Holidays 20 days per year, with a maxium of 15 days to be taken consecutively 12 days per year 11 days per year Upon honorable separation, City Manager shall receive no payment of any unused Vacation and Sick leave. SEVERANCE The City Manager may be removed pursuant to the process set forth in the City Charter. If the City Manager is removed without cause, he shall receive a fixed sum for compensation and forbearance in an amount equivalent to one months' salary and benefits upon a written full release of in favor of the City. The City Manager shall not receive any severance if he is terminated for cause, including, but not limited to, misconduct, neglect of duty, misfeasance, or malfeasance or if he voluntarily resigns. DEFERRED COMPENSATION** PENSION/ RETIREMENT City Manager to choose either option COLA Same as granted to the members of the classified or unclassified service, whichever is higher. DEFERRED COMPENSATION City will contribute maximum allowed by law, However, if deferred compensation for comparable executives is reduced or eliminated, the amount of deferred compensation for the City Manager will be reduced or eliminated concomitantly. COLA Same as granted to the members of the classified or unclassified service, whichever is higher. PENSION/RETIREMENT The City Manager elects to participate in a retirement plan as provided under Sec. 40-351 (1)(d) of the Code. The City shall contribute at the rate of 20% of the City Manager's annual salary.
