Min, D u City Attorney DATE: January January 13, 2014 RE: Scrivener's Error -July 14, 2011 City Commission Meeting Resolution No. 11-0279, relating to the procurement of helicopter maintenance and repair services File No. 11-00527 Please be advised that Resolution No. 11-0279, adopted July 14, 2011, contains a scrivener's error in the title and in the body of the legislation relating to the annual not to exceed contract amount. An annual contract amount should not have been included in the Resolution. The contract amount of $31, 593.00 was an estimated annual amount and not a final not to exceed contract amount. The Resolution has been modified to reflect this correction in the title and body of said Resolution. c: Yadissa Calderon, Senior Procurement Specialist Attachment(s) • ex757 7- 5cr-i" crr-or- City of Miami Legislation Resolution: R-11-0279 City Hall 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 www.miamigov,com File Number: 11-00527 Final Action Date: 7/14/2011 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED MAY 27, 2011, PURSUANT TO INVITATION FOR BID NO. 269276, FROM ROTORTECH SERVICES, INC., FOR THE PROVISION OF HELICOPTER MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES, FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICE, FOR AN INITIAL CONTRACT PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR, WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR PERIODS; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE VARIOUS SOURCES OF FUNDS FROM THE USER DEPARTMENT, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND BUDGETARY APPROVAL AT THE TIME OF NEED.
