RE: Scrivener's Error -July 14, 2011 City Commission Meeting
Resolution No. 11-0279, relating to the procurement of helicopter maintenance
and repair services
File No. 11-00527
Please be advised that Resolution No. 11-0279, adopted July 14, 2011, contains a
scrivener's error in the title and in the body of the legislation relating to the annual not to exceed
contract amount.
An annual contract amount should not have been included in the Resolution. The
contract amount of $31, 593.00 was an estimated annual amount and not a final not to exceed
contract amount.
The Resolution has been modified to reflect this correction in the title and body of said
Resolution.
