LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF A PORTION OF N.E. 1st COURT TO BE CLOSED AND VACATED:
That portion of the N.E. 1st Court between the North right—of—way line of N.E. 38th
Street and South right—of—way line of N.E. 39th Street lying and being in Section '
24, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Miami —Dade County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 31, Block 1, of "COMMERCIAL BUENAVISTA",
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in. Plat Book 14, at Page 56, of the
Public Records of Miami —Dade County, Florida, also being the intersection of the
North right—of—way line of N.E. 38th Street and the West right—of—way line of N.E.
1st Court; thence NO2°21'51"W, along said West right—of—way line of N.E. 1st Court,
also being the East line of Lot 31, the East line of Lot 7 and the East line of the
West 50 feet of Lot 1, all in aforesaid Block 1, a distance of 182.51 feet to the
Southeast corner of Lot 8 of Block 2 of "MAGNOLIA COURT", as recorded in Plat
Book 6, at Page 105, of the Public Records of Miami —Dade County, Florida; thence
