HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZAB ResoMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board File ID 11-00320ac Resolution: PZAB-R-11-023 May 04, 2011 Item PZAB.3 Mr. Ernest Martin offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL, WITH A CONDITION, TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE THE ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN NORTH MIAMI AVENUE AND NORTHEAST MIAMI COURT AND BETWEEN NORTHEAST 16TH STREET AND NORTHEAST 17TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA. THIS SUBSTANTIAL MODIFICATION WAS RECOMMENDED APPROVAL SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: PROVIDE AN EMERGENCY EASEMENT CONFORMING TO THE CITY OF MIAMI FIRE DEPARTMENT'S REQUIREMENT (LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS). Upon being seconded by Mr. Patrick Goggins, the motion was passed and adopted by a vote of 7-0: Mr. Charles A.
