Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City
Commission on June 9, 2011 for the purpose of declaring surplus and authorizing the City
Manager to execute a City Deed conveying at no cost to the Southeast Overtown Park
West Community Redevelopment Agency ("SEOPW CRA"), the City -owned property
located at 480 NW 11 Street, Miami, Florida, in "as is" and "where is" condition, with
reverter provisions. Further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents that
may be necessary to effectuate said conveyance.
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City
Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, on
June 9, 2011, at 9:00 AM, at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida,
for the purpose of considering the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, DECLARING
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
QUIT CLAIM DEED, CONVEYING AT NO COST TO THE SOUTHEAST
OVERTOWN PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,
THE CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY") OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 480
NORTHWEST 11 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, IN "AS IS" AND "WHERE
IS" CONDITION; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE NECESSARY TO
EFFECTUATE SAID CONVEYANCE AND TO COMPLY WITH
REQUIREMENTS OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS
AMENDED, AND THE CITY'S HOMELAND DEFENSE/NEIGHBORHOOD
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BOND PROGRAM SUBJECT TO AN
APPROVING OPINION OF BOND COUNSEL.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning such
proposed conveyance. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City
Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and
evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
