Conveyance of the Old Black Police
Precinct located at 480 NW 11 Street
to the CRA.
Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City
Commission on March 24, 2011 for the purpose of declaring surplus and authorizing the
City Manager to execute a City Deed conveying at no cost to the Southeast Overtown
Park West Community Redevelopment Agency ("SEOPW CRA"), the City -owned
property located at 480 NW 11 Street, Miami, Florida, in "as is" and "where is"
condition, with reverter provisions. Further authorizing the City Manager to execute all
documents that may be necessary to effectuate said conveyance.
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City
Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, on March
24, 2011, at 9:00 AM at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the
purpose of considering the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, DECLARING
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CITY DEED CONVEYING AT NO COST TO THE SOUTHEAST
OVERTOWN PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
("SEOPW CRA"), THE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 480 NW
11 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, IN "AS IS" AND "WHERE IS" CONDITION,
WITH REVERTER PROVISIONS, FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE
NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE SAID CONVEYANCE.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning such proposed
conveyance. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with
respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be
based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk at
