AND CHARLES AVENUE NCD2", FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
3242 CHARLES AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

Current Zoning: T3-R Sub -Urban Transect Zone with a Village West Island and Charles
Avenue NCD2
Proposed Zoning: T4-L General Urban Transect Zone with a Village West Island and Charles
Avenue NCD2
Purpose: The proposed zoning change will allow a broader range of uses for the
historically designated Stirrup House; which encourages the preservation of
the historic structure.
