Current Zoning: T3-R Sub -Urban Transect Zone with a Village West Island and Charles
Avenue NCD2 Overlay
Proposed Zoning: T4-L General Urban Transect Zone with a Village West Island and
Charles Avenue NCD2 Overlay
Purpose: The proposed zoning change will allow a broader range of uses for the
historically -designated Stirrup House, which encourages the preservation of
the historic structure.
